Hello parents, are you wanting to find out what is happening at SCS?
CONNECT on Schoology is our point of connection with SCS parents. It is a special Group on the Schoology Platform where we post information for parents.

We use Schoology in a variety of ways:

• Daily Announcements are posted under Updates in the group CONNECT
• Important Information Documents are stored under Resources in the group CONNECT
• During the school year, each class has a Parents group where teachers and staff post Updates
• If your child plays on a school sports team, you will receive information through a team group
• For Middle and Senior years students, Marks will be posted to each Course your child is in. You can view assignment and course information for your children through Schoology

After the SCS Office has accepted your application and enrolled your student at SCS, your Schoology account will be automatically created. You should receive a welcome email with further instructions.

It is highly recommend you install the Schoology App found in your phone’s App Store. After you receive your welcome email and reset your password, you can sign into the Schoology App using your email address and the password.

It is recommended that you enable notifications for the Schoology App so you don’t miss important information. You can later disable notifications for each Group you are part of if wish. Please note that to begin, you will receive emails as well as push notification. You can update your notification preferences at any time through the Schoology App found under Account Settings / Notifications.
