Activity Insurance
Activity Insurance is required for all events in the Gymnasium, Chapel and select other events. Groups must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance showing coverage of at least $2,000,000 with SCS named as "Additional Insured" for the duration of the rental event.

May we have outside catering?
Yes, you may. Upon request, we would be happy to recommend local caterers.
When can we set up or decorate?
Set up and clean up time should be factored into your booking. For example, if your event starts at 7:00 and you need 1 hour to setup, please book the space starting at 6:00. Additional accommodations can be made for setting up large events.
